Hi, It seems the multiplayer crashes because there is a problema with DirectX things (Direct Voice in this case). The problem was addressed a long time ago, and the GOG version has this fix in the installation. The only remaining problem seams to be an error launching the command to register a faked DLL when the installation finishes. Please, install the game in a directory without spaces: c: Nexus instead of: C: Program Files (X86). And in multiplayer options turn voices to off. Hope this helps.
