And totally stuck How I can install it? I have the FLV file to “sflm” installation from but I can't do it, When I use in the Terminal this command: root@salsabi-desktop:/home/salsabi/Desktop/silvaco/SILVACO# bin/sflm –install as in the FLV file, I have this error message ' bash: bin/sflm: /bin/csh: bad interpreter: NO such file or directory ', I have another procedure from Chinese web site but I don't understand and I can’t do some lines commands, after translation: 1- Download the installation file: dlam/applications/silvaco/SCUDC/source/01598-tcad-2006-03-rh32.tar.tar File Size: 324M. 2- Enter Terminal to find the downloaded archive, tar zxvf 01598-tcad-2006-03-rh32.tar.tar extract. 3- su to the administrator account or any other directory in usr folder created silvaco, for example: cd / usr mkdir silvaco mv-t / usr / silvaco / (to be extracted, such as etc, doc, opt the location of these folders, etc.) Will have to get just extract the new silvaco directory.
